Sales & Use Tax Filing

If you are selling goods within the state of North Carolina you are required to file Sales & Use tax. Never miss a deadline with our Sales Tax Service. We will collect sales tax data from either your financials, or from you or your staff, and will e-file the return on time, for a flat monthly fee.

1099 Services

If you have subcontractors (workers who are not having taxes deducted from their pay), you are required to generate an annual 1099 for those workers who you paid more than $600 in a calendar year. No need to go buy the carbon copy forms which can be tedious filling out.

We collect and securely store your W-9’s, and each year, we will take care of generating, mailing and e-filing each 1099 by the late January deadline. This will ensure compliance and will save countless hours each year from your having to gather your W-9’s and fill out the forms again.
